Responsibilities:
- Manage two to three staff members.
- Measure, evaluate, celebrate and hold accountable your staff for the success of the fulfillment of their position contracts.
- Be a force in having us hit our sales goals by being responsible to create clear and correct reporting of our opportunities, estimates, booked sales, clearly every day, week, month and year.
- Be a force in having us hit our sales goals by managing to success our system for client callback and follow up.
- Manage the measurement and reporting of client satisfaction.
- Manage the hiring system of Rutgers painting.
- Have our client services staff handle all our incoming calls in a way that leaves our callers feeling emotionally connected, fulfilled and taken care of.
- Have our estimate scheduling work in a way that has our clients very satisfied and optimizes the use of our estimator's time by continually planning and monitoring our scheduling process and quality of incoming calls.
- Have our job scheduling working in a way that has us one, hit our invoicing goals two, leaves our client amazed at our professionalism and communication before the job and three has our crews filled with the right amount of work in the right areas. Also that the client and the foreman are clearly informed of where what are when.
- Manage the completion, usage and updating of the companies operation manuals.
- Manage the implementation of the new software program for Rutgers Painting.
- Manage the maintenance of our van fleet, the tracking of our ladders and equipment, and the adherence to our safety program.
